Paula Williams, BSc (Hons), PGCE, CiRF

Paula brings a life-long excitement for sport and fitness that started early, and was inspired by a teacher way back in Junior School. Paula worked her way through College and University with a heavy commitment and focus on sport, which culminated in a BSc Sports Science degree, before settling down to become a Physical Education Teacher at Secondary School level.

An enthusiasm for all things running emerged when she joined her local running club in 2014 where she has led a variety of sessions for the past 4 years. Her running experience ranges from Obstacle Course Racing, a year-long run-streak, road marathons earning a good for age qualifying time for the London Marathon, and trail races ranging from 5 miles to 100k; she really does have a passion for everything running! Although, she is at her happiest on the South Downs and surrounding trails.

Paula aims to bring an infectious drive and focus on goal outcomes, delivered via a collaborative and consultative approach with her athletes. With a deep knowledge of running from teaching, as well as her EA Coach in Running Fitness qualification, Paula aims to help everyone to achieve their goals with a combination of realism and ambition.
