Lisa Donn, CiRF 

Lisa has a passion for all things fitness that is infectious and she will bring a different dimension to our output, and allow us to diversify and maximise what we deliver, so that the Peak Health clients will be the beneficiaries. Lisa is a regular runner and qualified EA Coach in Running Fitness. What started out initially as a way to lose weight, soon became a way of life and running became the mainstay of Lisa's activity. Comfortable at any distance, Lisa is at her happiest on a trail marathon, embracing the challenge of both terrain and distance. Mentored by Peak Health Head Coach, Phil Hobby, Lisa has all of the necessary skills to deliver training that in the style of Peak Health, focusing on the well-being of our clients.
